GovNav is designed to work offline-first. Most office information is stored on your device
after sync. This is not an official government application.
What we collect
Issue reports you submit (office id, description, and app metadata) so we can fix wrong data.
Crash and diagnostic logs via Firebase Crashlytics to improve stability.
Anonymous analytics events (when enabled by the build) to understand feature use.
What stays on your device
Favorites, document checklist progress, theme / language / accessibility settings, and cached office data.
Visit reminders you schedule (in-app WorkManager and, if you choose, the system Clock / Alarm app).
What we do not do
We do not require an account or password.
We do not sell your personal data.
We do not provide live government token queues or official appointments.
Third parties
Firebase (Google) processes reports, analytics, and crash data under Google’s terms.
If you share content via WhatsApp, Maps, dialer, or other apps, those apps apply their own policies.
Data accuracy
Hours, fees, documents, and wait estimates can change without notice. Always confirm at the
office or official website before you travel.
